This is a quick, easy, hearty and versatile sauce! It goes well served over sauteed zucchini, roasted spaghetti squash, or even all on it’s own!
1lbs Grassfed Ground Beef
1/4c Diced Onion
1tsp Sea Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic and ground beef then sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Saute until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat into a can through a strainer and return the beef to the pan. Add the sauce and warm through.
I have re-purposed half of this sauce as a chili before by adding 1 sauteed bell pepper and 1/2c Beef Stock.
